MISSION -- A fun run, photos with Santa Claus and refreshments are featured during the Santa Stampede Fun Run.

Hosted by the Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center, the event is Saturday, Dec. 14 on the health center's campus, 46314 Timine Way, Mission. Registration for the run begins at 9 a.m. with the 5K event starting at 10 a.m. and the 1-mile race at 10:30 a.m. Participants are invited to dress in their best holiday attire, costumes or pajamas for a best-dressed contest. In addition, there will be a holiday gift basket giveaway.

Enjoy refreshments, including hot cocoa and an apple cider bar. Also, get ready to strike a pose from 10 a.m. to noon with photo opportunities with Santa.
